Does Pity Carry Over in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium? Answered
Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium Pity System Explained: Does Pity Carry Over Between Banners?
Sunborn's Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium, a free-to-play tactical RPG available on PC and mobile, features gacha mechanics. A common question among players is whether the pity counter transfers between banners. The short answer is: yes, for limited banners.
Your pity progress and pulls from one limited-time banner will carry over to the next. This means if you're close to pity on one limited banner, you can switch to another and still benefit from your accumulated pulls. For example, during the global launch, pulls on either the Suomi or Ullrid banners contributed to the pity counter for both.
This system applies to all future limited banners, confirmed by Chinese players on Reddit. Unused pity from past limited banners will transfer to the next.
However, it's crucial to remember that pity does not carry over between limited and standard banners. You cannot manipulate the system by pulling on the standard banner to build pity for a limited banner.
While the hard pity is 80 pulls, a soft pity system starts at 58 pulls. After 58 pulls without an SSR unit, your chances of obtaining one gradually increase until you reach hard pity at 80.
This clarifies the pity system in Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium. For more game guides, including rerolling, tier lists, and mailbox locations, check out The Escapist.
