Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a Kentucky BioTech facility filled with toxic gas, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. The player regains control after a cutscene.

Locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin transformation into zombies. Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.

The yellow card is held by a mannequin that transforms into an abomination. Before engaging it, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to return to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility by grappling up from the security desk. Answer the phone call. Document locations: desk corner, left side near a round table, center table near a noticeboard, and cafe near a sink. Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across from the Administration balcony to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Find camera stands around a glass chamber containing the Blue Card. Eliminate the spawning Mimic to claim the card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Head to the East Wing (marked on your map), following red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, and climb ladders. Clear zombies and unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code. Drain the water within 25 seconds using three switches (one in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via grappling hook). Defeat the Mangler and its horde to acquire the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk's system. Ride the elevator, fighting off zombies. Answer the red phone in the BioTech room. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple. The mission concludes with a hallucination reveal.
