Baldur’s Gate 3: 12 Best Multiclass Builds

In the world of *Baldur's Gate 3*, inspired by the Dungeons & Dragons rule set, players can embark on adventures with characters directly from their personal D&D campaigns. The challenge of a Mindflayer invasion and the threat of an Illithid parasite transforming characters into Mindflayers creates a thrilling, time-sensitive quest to save the Forgotten Realms. While single-class characters are viable, multiclass combinations unlock incredibly flexible and powerful builds.

Multiclassing allows players to combine the best aspects of different D&D classes, creating multifaceted warriors capable of overcoming any obstacle. With Larian Studios soon introducing 12 new subclasses, the possibilities for unique and powerful character builds are expanding even further. However, even before these new subclasses arrive, there are several compelling multiclass setups worth exploring, as the game's multiclass dynamic will likely shift significantly with the addition of subclasses like the Swashbuckler and Oath of Conquest.
