Unveiling Path of Exile 2's Ascendancy Classes
Path of Exile 2 Ascendancy Classes: A Comprehensive Guide
Path of Exile 2's Early Access release has players eager to master their chosen classes. While not technically subclasses, Ascendancy Classes offer unique specializations and abilities. This guide details how to unlock and utilize these powerful advancements.
Unlocking Ascendancies
Before accessing Ascendancy Classes, players must complete a Trial of Ascendancy. In Early Access, this involves either the Act 2 Trial of the Sekhemas or the Act 3 Trial of Chaos. Completing either trial for the first time unlocks Ascendancy selection and rewards two passive Ascendancy Points. The earlier Act 2 trial is recommended for quicker access to enhanced abilities.
Available Ascendancies
Currently, six base classes in Early Access each offer two Ascendancy paths. More classes and Ascendancies are planned for full release.
