Rivals Update 9 Introduces the Gunblade and Bridge Map as Nosniy Prepares to Add Ranked Mode

Roblox's Rivals FPS experience receives Update 9, introducing the Gunblade weapon and Bridge map. Developer Nosniy Games focused on these additions, opting for a smaller update this time around, prioritizing the new content over bug fixes or balance adjustments.

The Gunblade is a unique dual-purpose weapon combining a rifle and a melee blade, adding a tactical element to combat. The Bridge map, created by @GreatGuyBoom and set in Seoul, Korea, is a close-quarters combat arena designed for intense duels.

The developers explicitly stated that bug fixes, balance changes, and quality-of-life improvements are being saved for the next major update, which will include the highly anticipated Ranked mode. They confirmed that player feedback will be incorporated into these upcoming changes.
