How To Complete Storm in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Mastering stealth is crucial for tackling many tasks in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, but some quests, like "Storm," practically demand it. This quest concludes the main storyline in the Trosky region and introduces the Kuttenberg region. Entering "Storm," you'll find yourself significantly disadvantaged; stripped of armor, weapons, and essential items like Saviour Schnapps, and weakened by torture, leaving you with reduced health and stamina.

Fortunately, you can recover some gear from the guards Katherine dispatched during your prison escape. While not top-tier equipment, it's better than nothing. Katherine also provides her dagger, enabling stealth kills. Your first objective is the top of the Crone in Trosky. Though guards patrol the route, they're spaced sufficiently to allow for stealth takedowns or skillful distraction and evasion.

Atop the Crone, you confront Istvan Toth. The outcome of this encounter doesn't affect the best ending, so feel free to choose the dishonorable option if combat isn't your strength. Due to your weakened state, a duel with Toth is extremely risky. After dealing with Toth, thoroughly search the room for everyone's belongings and secure important documents.

Escaping Trosky

Having secured your belongings and Toth's defeat, return to the dungeon where your companions remain. They'll re-equip themselves and reveal the escape tunnels. Simply follow them—this is the easiest part of the quest.

Navigating the Hills

The truly challenging section of "Storm" begins now. Maintaining extremely low conspicuousness is paramount to avoid detection. Guards will alert each other, making multiple enemy encounters highly probable if spotted. Your weakened stats further complicate stealth kills or knockouts.

Take the uphill path to the right, leading to a wider, but heavily guarded, route. This path takes you to Mika's location. Stealthily eliminate the guard and free Mika. This secures your position and provides directions to your next objective.

Completing "Storm"

A lengthy stealth section follows. Proceed to the locations indicated on your map, following Mika's instructions. Head east and southeast towards the main road in Apollonia, then south, keeping to the sides and using bushes for cover. You only need to reach roughly the halfway point of the marked area to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards as needed. The cutscene concludes your role in this area, leading you to the Kuttenberg region.

"Storm" uniquely necessitates stealth, unlike many other quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. Prioritizing stealth skill upgrades before this quest is highly recommended, as relevant perks significantly aid evasion.
