Explore a crime-ridden city teeming with gangs and aggressive factions. Become a symbol of justice and law, or descend into the city as a force of destruction. You can also buy various items in a shop to help complete missions and rid the city of all mafia criminals.

Most missions take place on the streets, some in Chinatown, and others in various gang territories.
