"Unlock Gold Armor in Black Ops 6 Zombies Tomb"
In *Call of Duty: Black Ops 6* Zombies, armor has become an essential component for Operators, and players can enhance their gear beyond the standard Tier 3 armor with a new Easter egg on The Tomb map. Here's your guide to unlocking the coveted Gold Armor Vest in *Black Ops 6*.
What Does Gold Armor Do in Black Ops 6 Zombies?
Gold Armor, first introduced in *Modern Warfare 3* Zombies, addresses player frustrations with frequent armor repairs by automatically regenerating armor over time. In *Black Ops 6*, this feature remains, allowing players to manually plate up if they wish, but the armor will self-repair even without plates in the inventory. This is crucial for efficient resource management and ensuring you're protected from devastating hits by formidable foes like Amalgams.

How To Get Gold Armor on The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To obtain the Gold Armor on The Tomb in *Black Ops 6* Zombies, follow these steps:
- Acquire 2 statue heads from the Dark Aether Nexus.
- Place the statue heads on the ruined statues in the Dig Site.
- Activate and survive two "Blood Sacrifices."
- Purchase the Gold Armor Vest in the Roman Mausoleum.
Where To Find the Statue Heads in The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
To kickstart the Blood Sacrifices necessary for unlocking Gold Armor, head to the Dark Aether Nexus to find two statue heads used for repairing the Roman statues at the Dig Site.
The statue heads are concealed within wooden boxes in the Dark Aether Nexus. You'll need to melee these boxes to break them open and reveal the heads. Once exposed, interact to pick them up. The first head is near a palm tree in the corner closest to the green Gateway portal. The second is easily spotted near the Juggernog Perk Machine on the same platform.
How To Use the Statue Heads on The Tomb in Black Ops 6 Zombies
With both heads collected, return to the Dig Site near The Tomb's initial spawn point. You'll find two Roman Statues: one near the Ammo Cache by the door leading to the Neolithic Catacombs, and the other near the Roman Mausoleum, close to the Pack-a-Punch machine. Interact with each statue to place the heads and repair them.
After placing the heads, a new UI prompt will appear at each statue, signaling the start of the Blood Sacrifice.
How To Survive the Blood Sacrifice in Black Ops 6 Zombies
The Blood Sacrifice involves battling at least three High-Value Target (HVT) versions of Shock Mimics and Doppelghasts. In solo play, three HVTs spawn, with more appearing in co-op based on player count. During the challenge, players are locked at 1 HP, with all damage directed to armor plates. Ensure you have a Tier 3 vest and ample plates before starting.
For solo players, using a Mutant Injection to transform into a damage-resistant Mangler can be a game-changer. Time your transformation right as the challenge begins and melee the HVTs to victory. In co-op, have one player start the challenge while another uses a Chopper Gunner from outside the Dig Site to take out the HVTs safely.
Successfully completing both Blood Sacrifices will unlock the Gold Armor Vest as a free Wall Buy in the Roman Mausoleum.
And that's how you secure the Gold Armor on The Tomb in *Black Ops 6* Zombies.
