Crafting a Minecraft Shield

Surprisingly, some players remain unaware of this essential item. Its late addition to the game might be the reason. Crafting, however, is straightforward, requiring minimal resources.

You'll need six wooden planks (easily crafted from logs) and one iron ingot (obtained by smelting iron ore). Arrange the planks in a "Y" shape in the crafting grid, placing the iron ingot in the top-center slot.
