Initiating the "Invaders" Quest:

Begin the "Invaders" side quest relatively early in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. A few days after parting ways with Hans Capon, return to the Troskowitz inn and speak with the innkeeper. She'll mention the Cumans' unsettling presence and request your assistance in serving them.

Accepting this request starts the quest. Whether you choose to serve the Cumans or refuse, a confrontation between them and the townsfolk is inevitable. Your dialogue choices will determine which side you'll support during the ensuing conflict.
