Humanity

Kemco's new visual novel, Together We Live, arrives exclusively on Android, offering a poignant post-apocalyptic narrative exploring human sin and redemption. Already available on Steam, this title delves into a compelling story.

A Journey of Atonement

Together We Live introduces Kyoya, whose journey begins mysteriously. He awakens in a dimly lit room in the year 4000, nearly two millennia from his last memory. Earth is a desolate wasteland, and he encounters a girl burdened by a heavy mission.

This girl is trapped in a cycle of repeated death and rebirth, endlessly atoning for humanity's sins. Witnessing her suffering, Kyoya strives to introduce her to the concept of happiness.

The narrative's pacing is initially deliberate, but as the story unfolds, seemingly insignificant details become crucial plot points, creating compelling twists and turns.

A Thought-Provoking Experience

Unlike many visual novels, Together We Live eschews player choices, presenting a linear interactive story with appealing, simplistic art. The juxtaposition of beauty and sorrow creates a deeply affecting experience.

The game features full voice acting for the female protagonist, adding to the story's haunting atmosphere. Currently available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese, the game lacks controller support. It's priced at $9.99 on the Google Play Store, or free for Google Play Pass subscribers.
