Reclaiming Your Horse
Your original horse, Pebbles, can be retrieved from the horse trader in Semine (south). However, securing Pebbles requires either Groschen, persuasion, or intimidation. During my playthrough, I leveraged my improved social standing (achieved through acquiring new noble-like attire via the Radovan questline) to persuade the trader. This method yielded Pebbles without financial cost, though it did slightly impact my reputation in Semine. If persuasion fails, you'll need to pay.
Stealing a Horse
Alternatively, you can steal a horse. Wild horses are rare; farms and stables are better targets. Be prepared to evade capture.
I suggest targeting the farmhouse near Vidlak Pond (west). Two horses are readily available for theft. Once mounted, proceed to the Nomads' Camp (east) to learn saddling and taming from the horse trainer (a fee is required). Alternatively, you can forgo the training and ride your stolen horse immediately.
