Hogwarts Legacy will support mods and it will happen sooner than you think

Get ready, Harry Potter fans! WB Games has announced a delightful surprise: Hogwarts Legacy is getting mod support, launching this Thursday! This exciting feature will be exclusive to PC players via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

The update includes the Hogwarts Legacy Creator Kit, empowering players to craft their own dungeons, quests, and even character modifications. The renowned modding platform, CurseForge, will host and distribute these user-created additions. A built-in mod manager will streamline the process of discovering and installing mods.

Several pre-approved mods will be available on launch day, including the intriguing "Dungeon of Doom," promising challenging combat and hidden secrets. However, there's a caveat: linking your gaming account to a WB Games account is required to access and utilize mods.

Beyond modding, the patch introduces enhanced character customization with fresh hairstyles and outfits. The developers showcased examples of these in a recent trailer.
