Approximately two and a half years ago, we were captivated by the enchanting dungeon crawler, Dungeons of Dreadrock, developed by Christoph Minnameier. This top-down perspective game, inspired by classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, offered a unique blend of dungeon exploration and puzzle-solving. Its 100 distinct levels, each representing a floor in a sprawling dungeon, challenged players to rescue their kidnapped brother. The intricate level designs often felt like logic puzzles, demanding strategic timing and enemy placement analysis. Our review lauded its challenging gameplay, and Dungeons of Dreadrock subsequently enjoyed widespread success across numerous gaming platforms. Now, get ready for its highly anticipated sequel!

The vibrant red background and prominent Nintendo Switch logo, accompanied by the familiar snapping sound effect, confirm that Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret will grace the Nintendo Switch eShop first, launching on November 28th. However, PC gamers can rejoice! A PC version is in development and is currently available to wishlist on Steam. Mobile players on iOS and Android can also anticipate a release, although specific dates remain unannounced. The confirmation of mobile versions is exciting news. We'll keep you updated on further platform release dates as they become available.
