While each Attribute can enhance specific builds, some offer more universal benefits across different playstyles. Here's our ranking of the *Avowed* Attributes to help you optimize your character's progression in the Living Lands.

6. Perception

In *Avowed*, Perception is highly specialized. It enhances Critical Hit Chance and Maximum Range, which is beneficial for ranged weapons like wands, guns, and bows. However, the utility of ranged weapons can be situational, often overshadowed by close-quarters combat in camps or dungeons. Despite this, Perception can be very effective against certain enemy types, making it worthwhile to allocate a few Attribute Points and possibly respec your character to focus on it for specific encounters.

5. Resolve

Boosting Maximum Stamina with Resolve is advantageous, ensuring you can consistently attack or defend. However, *Avowed* offers Unique armor items that can significantly increase Stamina, potentially rendering Resolve less essential.

The Second Wind ability, which helps you recover from near-fatal damage, is enhanced by Resolve. Yet, it's often more effective to focus on improving overall health and movement to either avoid or better withstand damage.

4. Intellect

Intellect improves Maximum Essence and Elemental Resistance, crucial for mitigating damage from elemental attacks. Even if your character isn't primarily a spellcaster, increasing Maximum Essence is beneficial, as many abilities across different classes utilize Essence, enhancing your overall combat effectiveness.

3. Dexterity

Dexterity is a versatile Attribute in *Avowed*, enhancing attack and action speeds, thereby improving mobility, item use, and overall damage output with melee weapons. It's a valuable Attribute for any build, making it a solid investment for all players.

2. Constitution

Constitution significantly boosts Maximum Health and resistance to Poison and Bleed, two of the most lethal damage types in *Avowed*. Enhancing these aspects increases your survivability in combat, making Constitution a top choice for sustaining through tough battles.

1. Might

Might stands out as the most universally beneficial Attribute in *Avowed*. It amplifies damage across all weapon types, dramatically increasing your damage per second (DPS) and effectiveness against both regular enemies and bosses. Additionally, Might enhances Carry Capacity, allowing you to carry more gear without becoming encumbered, which is essential for loot collection and selling items for Skeyt. Its impact on both combat and inventory management makes Might indispensable for every build.

This ranking of *Avowed* Attributes should serve as a strategic guide as you develop your character and allocate your Attribute Points while exploring the Living Lands.
