Adin Ross Remains Committed to Kick, Hints at "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has confirmed his long-term commitment to the Kick streaming platform, putting to rest rumors of his departure. Ross's unexpected absence from Kick earlier in 2024 sparked widespread speculation, but his recent return with a new livestream, alongside fellow streamers, signals a definitive shift.

Ross, known for his engaging and sometimes controversial content, joined Kick after a Twitch ban in 2023. His move, along with other high-profile streamers, significantly contributed to Kick's rapid growth. While he enjoyed success on the platform throughout 2023, his absence in 2024 fueled rumors of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. However, a joint livestream in December 2024 and a subsequent tweet from Ross confirmed his intention to remain on Kick permanently. His January 2025 livestream, marking his return after a 74-day hiatus, further solidified this commitment.

Ambitious Future Plans on the Horizon

Ross's announcement included a tantalizing hint of "something even bigger" in the works. While details remain scarce, many speculate this could involve his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he intends to expand with Kick's support. Given past legal challenges with Misfits Boxing, the success of future Brand Risk ventures will be closely watched.

Ross's decision provides a significant boost to Kick, which is aggressively vying for a dominant position in the streaming market. With its strategy of securing high-profile talent, Kick's ambition to surpass or acquire Twitch, as recently stated by co-founder Bijan Tehrani, appears increasingly plausible.
