Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones can read the contactless chips used in Troika cards.

Electronic tickets are stored in the memory of a Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to write tickets onto your Troika card.

The electronic purse is a type of electronic ticket that allows passengers to choose the amount they wish to record (purchase).

We support over 90 ticket types, including all existing types, such as MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).

To reserve funds, simply enter your payment card details in the app (rest assured, your bank card data is never stored by us).

Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device (you can find the exact location of the antenna in your device's user manual).

Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
