Ultimate Texas Holdem (UTH) is a thrilling casino poker game that pits you directly against the dealer, much like the popular game of Blackjack. UTH is played with a standard 52-card deck. To start, the player places an equal bet on both the Ante and Blind. There's also an optional Trips bet, which pays out only on specific hands. The dealer then deals two cards to both the player and themselves, with the player able to see their own cards. The player can choose to either check or place a Play bet, which must be three or four times the Ante.

Following this, the dealer reveals three community cards. If the player initially checked, they now have the option to make a Play bet that is double the Ante or check again. If they've already placed a bet, no further action is required. Next, the dealer turns over the final two community cards. If the player has checked twice, they must now either make a Play bet equal to the Ante or fold, resulting in the loss of both Ante and Blind bets.

As in other Texas Holdem variants, both the dealer and the player aim to create the best possible five-card hand using a combination of their hole cards and the community cards. The dealer needs at least a pair to qualify. The hands are then compared, and the Blind, Ante, and Play bets are resolved according to UTH rules. If the player wins and the dealer qualifies, all three bets are paid out. Should the dealer fail to qualify, the player's Ante bet is returned. In the event of a dealer win, the player loses all bets except for the Trips bet. If the hands tie, all bets are returned to the player.
