Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, introduces its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.

These rules govern participation in the loyalty program. Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally permitted to conduct minor household transactions in Kazakhstan, and possess a valid individual identification number (IIN).

The Participant Questionnaire collects personal information necessary for program registration. By completing the questionnaire, participants consent to data processing (as defined by Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection") for advertising and informational purposes via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems. This consent can be withdrawn in writing.

A Virtual Card, accessible via the Mobile Application, replaces a physical card. The program website (https://www.royal-petrol.kz) provides additional information. The Mobile Application, owned by Royal Petrol LLP, is available for iOS and Android devices.

Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol stations, with 1 Bonus point equaling 1 Kazakhstani tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only at Royal Petrol stations. Each Participant's Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and the current balance.
