New Warhammer Tacticus Faction Unveiled at Skulls Event

Author : George Update : May 18,2025

Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, developed by Snowprint Studios, is once again in the spotlight as part of the annual Warhammer Skulls showcase. This event promises to unveil the latest faction set to enrich the already robust roster of Tacticus. Fans and newcomers alike are buzzing with anticipation, eager to discover whether the new addition will be from the Imperials, Chaos, or perhaps a long-awaited xenos faction.

Whether you're a fan or not, it's hard to argue that Tacticus offers one of the most comprehensive Warhammer experiences on mobile devices. The game's expansive collection of factions is about to grow even larger, and the excitement is palpable. However, the identity of this new faction remains a mystery, set to be revealed on May 22nd during the Warhammer Skulls showcase. This event will also feature significant discounts on various grimdark gaming titles across the Warhammer universe.

With more than a dozen factions already in play, the possibilities for the new addition seem endless yet tantalizingly narrow. While another Imperium or Chaos faction is always a possibility, the xenos factions are ripe for expansion. Personally, I have a theory that the Leagues of Votann, the hard-drinking, deep-space mining, cloned-not-dwarves, could be the next big addition. Their recent introduction to the Warhammer 40k universe makes them a fresh and intriguing choice for Tacticus.
