Monster Hunter Wilds offers a rich tapestry of achievements tied to various gameplay elements, ranging from straightforward tasks to more demanding feats. Additionally, there are 12 hidden achievements/trophies, most of which are linked to the main storyline, with a few requiring specific tasks to be completed.

Shadow in the Downpour	Complete the mission: Beyond the Deluge. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
Guardians of the Forge	Complete the mission: Long-forgotten Flame. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
Bringer of Harmony	Complete the mission: Monster Hunter. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
New Ecosystems	Complete the mission: New Ecosystems. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
A Bitter Environment	Complete the mission: Wyvern Sparks and Rose Thorns. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
Beyond the Black Wings	Complete the mission: A World Turned Upside Down. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
One Corner of the World	Complete the mission: What Lies Ahead. This is story-related and will unlock automatically upon mission completion.
A True Hunter is Never Satisfied	Complete 50 quests to unlock this achievement.
Let the Investigations Begin!	Complete your first investigation. This involves returning to hunt an unknown monster you marked out in the wilds. Once you defeat it, the investigation will be complete.
The Hunt is On!	Complete your first Field Survey. This happens when you choose to hunt a monster that you come across while exploring. If you want to come back to it later, it will be turned into an Investigation.
A Step Toward Mutual Understanding	Complete your first side mission to unlock this achievement.
East to West, A Hunter Never Rests	Complete 30 different side missions to unlock this achievement.
Angling for a Bite	Successfully fish for the first time. Complete the quest 'Fishing: Life in Microcosm' and the tutorial at the Scarlet Forest base camp.
Mmm, So Tasty!	Successfully cook a well-done steak for the first time to unlock this achievement.
Was It a Meal to Remember?	Cook over the BBQ Grill for the first time. Use the BBQ Grill from your Essential Items radial menu in the field or inside your tent.
The Bigger They Are…	Successfully mount a monster for the first time. Do this by performing an aerial attack, jumping onto the monster from your Seikret, or jumping from a higher ledge onto the monster. This is easiest with melee classes.
Hunter-Assassin	Perform your first successful Sneak Attack to unlock this achievement.
Hit ‘Em Where It Hurts!	Land 50 successful attacks on weak points or wounds in Focus Mode to unlock this achievement.
A Prize Held High	Catch a creature that bears an ancient wyvern coin to unlock this achievement.
I Caught a Shooting Star!	Catch a creature in the desert that shines like a shooting star to unlock this achievement.
Monster (Squid) Hunter	Catch a giant squid while fishing to unlock this achievement.
A-fish-ionado	Reel in 30 whoppers while fishing to unlock this achievement.
Campmaster	Establish Pop-up Camps in 10 different places to unlock this achievement.
Glamper	Customize a Pop-up Camp for the first time. You can customize your Seikret at your tent via the Appearance menu. Full customization options become available after defeating Alpha Doshaguma.
A Keen-eyed Observation	Use the binoculars to spot a gold-crown large monster to unlock this achievement.
Ride-or-die Companion	Customize your Seikret or change its decorations for the first time to unlock this achievement.
Established Hunter	Reach Hunter Rank 100 to unlock this achievement.
Impregnable Defense	Forge five different pieces of armor with Rarity 7 or higher to unlock this achievement.
Power is Everything	Forge five different weapons with Rarity 7 or higher to unlock this achievement.
Someone Worth Following	Complete 100 quests with your Palico deployed to unlock this achievement.
A Legacy Restored	Obtain an Artian Weapon of Rarity 8 to unlock this achievement.
Burgeois Hunter	Possess 1,000,000 zenny. Zenny is the game's main currency that you accrue by completing missions, hunts, etc.
Explorer of the Eastlands	Obtain 10 different special items of Rarity 6 to unlock this achievement.
Monster Ph.D	Hunt many different large monsters to unlock this achievement.
Seasoned Hunter	Hunt 50 tempered monsters. Tempered monsters can't be encountered until after you finish the main story. They are significantly more difficult to defeat and found in unusual places.
Miniature Crown	Obtain your first miniature crown in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Miniature Crown Collector	Obtain a miniature crown for 10 or more monsters in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Miniature Crown Master	Obtain a miniature crown for many monsters in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Giant Crown	Obtain your first silver crown or higher in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Giant Crown Collector	Obtain a gold crown for 10 or more monsters in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Giant Crown Master	Obtain a gold crown for many monsters in the Hunting Log to unlock this achievement.
Capture Pro	Capture 50 monsters to unlock this achievement.
Monster Slayer	Hunt 100 large monsters to unlock this achievement.
Top of the Food Chain	Hunt 50 apex predators to unlock this achievement.
Hunters United	Complete a quest via multiplayer to unlock this achievement.
Hunters United Forever	Complete 100 quests via multiplayer to unlock this achievement.
Gossip Hunter	View 30 different Hunter Profiles to unlock this achievement.
Newly Forged Bonds	Follow someone for the first time to unlock this achievement.
