Subway Surfers and 8 Ball Pool Crossover Event Launches

SYBO and Miniclip are uniting their most popular mobile games for a first-ever collaboration. This crossover between Subway Surfers and 8 Ball Pool is launching soon. The partnership unfolds in phases, with unique events running independently within each game.

When does the Subway Surfers x 8 Ball Pool event start?

The crossover begins on August 18th and continues through different end dates depending on the game. In Subway Surfers, the 8 Ball Pool City Tour runs until September 3rd. This tour highlights six global locations, such as Sydney, Tokyo, and Las Vegas.

You'll gather 8 Ball tokens to progress through each city. Available rewards include the new 8 Ball Jake character, a black leather jacket, and the 8 Ball Board hoverboard. In 8 Ball Pool, the action starts later, running from August 27th to September 17th. You'll play on a special Subway Surfers Pool Table with physics engineered to reflect Subway Surfers' movement and visual style.

The season introduces pool events tied to the same six destinations from the Subway Surfers tour, plus several limited-time quests. One challenge involves collecting letters to spell "Subway Surfers," unlocking rewards like a Jake avatar and a Guard cue. Find 8 Ball Pool on the Google Play Store.

While it might seem an unexpected pairing, SYBO actually became part of the Miniclip family in 2022. However, this marks the first official collaboration between these two major franchises.
