Eclipse Glow Games Unveils "Tides of Annihilation," a New Action-Adventure Title

Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025 presentation, Tides of Annihilation is a single-player action-adventure game promising a gripping narrative and intense combat. Developed by the Chengdu-based studio Eclipse Glow Games (backed by Tencent), the game boasts a unique blend of fast-paced action, immersive storytelling, and a memorable setting.

The game transports players to a modern-day London under siege by otherworldly forces. Players assume the role of Gwendolyn, exploring iconic London landmarks, summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table for assistance in combat, and battling colossal skyscraper-sized bosses inspired by Arthurian mythology.

Eclipse Glow Games, a team of over 100 developers with experience on titles such as Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, is excited about the game's debut. Lead Game Producer Kun Fu stated, "Debuting Tides of Annihilation at Sony State of Play is an incredible achievement. We've created a world that reimagines Arthurian legend, blending courage, loyalty, and heroism within an epic story set in a familiar yet strange London."
