Konami announced via their official Silent Hill Twitter (X) account on March 11th that a SILENT HILL Transmission will take place on March 13th, 2025, at 3:00 PM PDT, focusing on Silent Hill f. This livestream aims to break the two-year information drought surrounding the game.

It's worth noting that during this quiet period, Silent Hill f did receive a "19+" rating from the South Korea Game Rating Administration Committee (GRAC) in January 2025.

Notably, renowned Japanese VFX and animation studio Shirogumi, hand-picked by Silent Hill series Lead Producer Motoi Okamoto, created the teaser trailer. In a 2023 interview with CGWorld, Shirogumi Director Hirohiro Komori discussed their vision, emphasizing the uniquely Japanese aesthetic of blending beauty and horror. The team meticulously crafted even the smallest details for a rich and realistic presentation.
