The wait is finally over for fans of *Reverse: 1999* as the much-anticipated Hong Kong cinema-inspired update, "Showdown in Chinatown," for version 2.5 part one, is now live. This exciting update introduces a new limited character, Liang Yue, and a five-star character, Loggerhead, along with a host of new events, a garment series, and other thrilling additions.

In "Showdown in Chinatown," the notorious arcanist criminal, Nightpiercer, resurfaces in Los Angeles. Officer Liang Yue, assigned by the Vigiles Bureau, teams up with the Division of Arcane Affairs to take down Nightpiercer once and for all. Liang Yue is available through the limited-time "Moonbeam Guardian" Dushuo Limited Banner. Additionally, all players can claim a free garment for the beloved character, Windsong. With a total of 40 free pulls available through rewards and events, you'll have plenty of opportunities to add these top characters to your roster.

Two new challenges await you with special rewards: "When the Alarm Sounds" and the board game-themed "Critter Crash," both available until the 29th. These challenges offer everything from Limited Portraits to new garments.

Liang Yue's traditional Chinese-style dress inspires a new garment series called "Old Stories New Perspectives," available for characters like Jiu Niangzi, Tuesday, Sotheby, The Fool, and Windsong.
