Return to the Land of Ooo: Adventure Time Sequel Comic Arrives in April '25

Oni Press is bringing back the magic of Adventure Time with a new monthly comic book series, launching in April 2025 in collaboration with Cartoon Network and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products.

Written by Nick Winn and illustrated by Winn and Derek Ballard, Adventure Time #1 picks up after the animated series finale. Finn and Jake's escapades in the Land of Ooo continue in the first story arc, aptly titled "Best of Buds."

Winn shared his excitement, stating, "Adventure Time was a huge part of my childhood. It was hilarious and emotionally intelligent—a rare combination. Working on this new series with Oni Press has been a joy and a challenge, creating something fresh while retaining the show's energy and charm."
