This guide details how to acquire all crew members in Citizen Sleeper 2. Remember, while recruitment is usually straightforward (accepting their offers), success in Contracts or events can influence outcomes. You might lose crew members due to unlucky rolls or miss opportunities entirely.

Initial Crew: Serafin and Bliss

Serafin and Bliss join automatically. Serafin is generally unavailable for Contracts. No achievements are tied to their recruitment.

Recruiting Juni (Unlocks "Data Archaeologist" Achievement)

Juni initially joins temporarily on Hexport. Permanent recruitment occurs at Helion Gate after completing the "Idle Minds" clock at Solheim Records. A cutscene follows, leading to a Contract. Agree to let Juni rejoin your ship.

Recruiting Yu-Jin (Unlocks "The Freelancer" Achievement)

Find Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the "Getting Wracked" clock at Gaia's Gyre (order a Wrack four times, costing 16 Cryo). A Contract follows; completing it allows permanent recruitment.

Recruiting Luis (Unlocks "Signalchaser" Achievement)

During the Aphelion Beacon Contract, choose to leave Yu-Jin behind to recruit Luis.

Recruiting Kadet (Unlocks "The Spindlejack" Achievement)

Meet Kadet on Far Spindle after completing the "Spindle Core" clock. This unlocks a new drive and Stripline Express. Complete the new options, triggering a cutscene. Travel to the Scatteryards to recruit Kadet.

Recruiting Femi or Nia ("Big Brother" or "Little Sister" Achievement)

Recruit either Femi or Nia, but not both. You'll meet Nia on Hexport and Femi on both Hexport and Floatsam. A Contract involving Nia's safety follows. Choose between them upon completion.

Recruiting Flint (Unlocks "Fugitive" Achievement)

After your first visit to Olivera, a Contract leads to Flint's rescue. A subsequent Contract requires a quick trap setup. Follow Xander and succeed to recruit Flint.
