Botany Manor's PlayStation Release Finally Set for January 28th

Initially slated for a December 17th, 2024 release on PlayStation 4 and 5, the critically acclaimed puzzler Botany Manor has been given a new launch date: January 28th, 2025. The delay, announced by publisher Whitethorn Games, aimed to ensure a polished and optimal player experience.

Originally launched in April 2024 on Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, Botany Manor quickly garnered praise for its charming aesthetic, challenging yet relaxing puzzles, and immersive exploration of the English countryside. The game's strong reception, including an 83/100 average score and 92% recommendation rate on OpenCritic, solidified its position as a top-tier puzzler of 2024.

While the new release date has been confirmed, a PlayStation Store page is yet to appear, meaning pre-orders are not currently available. The game is expected to retail at $24.99, consistent with other platforms, and will remain a one-time purchase without microtransactions. Unlike the Steam version, a separate digital soundtrack is unlikely to be offered.

Botany Manor will join other notable titles launching on the PlayStation Store on January 28th, including Cuisineer, Eternal Strands, and The Son of Madness. With its arrival on PlayStation consoles, Botany Manor will finally be available on all initially planned platforms. Balloon Studios, the game's developer, has yet to announce their next project.
