The simplest method is via the "Pray" option located in the bottom-right corner of your main screen, above your character stats. Alternatively, access the "Activities" menu and scroll to find the "Pray" option. Prayer topics include: Fertility, General Happiness, Health, Love, and Wealth. Each prayer requires watching a short advertisement for its fulfillment. Results vary; fertility leads to pregnancy, while "General" offers unpredictable outcomes (money, new friendships, etc.). Health prayers are particularly useful for curing diseases, proving beneficial in challenges like "Disco Inferno."

A humorous alternative exists: cursing the developers. This option introduces a random negative consequence (losing a friend, illness), though occasionally, it yields unexpected positive results (e.g., receiving money).
