Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade Global Release Date Announced!
Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade release date has finally been announced. Yes, the global version is dropping on mobile on November 7th, 2024. Just a few weeks from now! Apparently, the game has over 5 million pre-registrations already in the bag.Toho Games and Sumzap Inc. are behind the making of the game. It’s launching worldwide, with Bilibili Games distributing it on Android. Needs No Introduction!Now, if you’re a Jujutsu Kaisen fan, you already know the anime series is a massive hit. The manga, penned by Gege Akutami, has been killing it in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2018. The first season of the anime hit us back in October 2020.We even got a Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie in December 2021. The second season of the anime just wrapped up the latest ‘Culling Game’ arc. And JJK Phantom Parade is special because it’s the first-ever mobile game adaptation for the franchise.
The game already launched in Japan back in November 2023. And since then, it has seen over 6 million downloads as of August 2024. It even snagged the ‘Best IP Game’ award at the Sensor Tower APAC Awards 2023.
Now that the release date of Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade has been revealed, it’s only a matter of time until the global gaming audience relives Season 1 of the anime. It also features a new story set in Fukuoka. The game has a command battle RPG format.
You’ll be controlling Cursed Techniques with your fingertips, squaring off against some seriously powerful Cursed Spirits, just like the ones in the anime. The game also introduces Domain Investigations, where you can challenge Cursed Spirits on different floors and clear them with your levelled-up characters.
