Invincible Season 3: New Voice Actors, Mysterious Villains, and a Growing Sidekick

Prime Video recently unveiled the impressive voice acting additions to Invincible Season 3, including Aaron Paul as Powerplex, John DiMaggio as The Elephant, and Simu Liu as Multi-Paul. However, the most intriguing additions are shrouded in mystery: Jonathan Banks (Breaking Bad) and Doug Bradley (Hellraiser), whose roles remain undisclosed. This secrecy likely aims to protect major plot twists.

Speculating on Banks' and Bradley's Characters

Given Banks' expertise in portraying hardened villains, Conquest is a strong contender. This powerful Viltrumite, introduced in Invincible #61, presents a formidable challenge to Mark Grayson. Season 2 hinted at this confrontation, setting the stage for a brutal showdown in Season 3.

For Bradley, two possibilities emerge: Dinosaurus, a villain introduced in Invincible #68, whose environmentalist motives offer a unique perspective, or Grand Regent Thragg, the main antagonist of the comic series, whose debut in Invincible #11 is long overdue in the animated adaptation. Bradley's voice would perfectly capture Thragg's menacing presence.

Oliver Grayson's Accelerated Growth and New Role

Season 2 introduced Oliver, Mark's half-brother, a half-Thraxan, half-Viltrumite hybrid aging at an accelerated rate. This rapid growth will be central to Season 3, with Christian Convery taking over the role, portraying Oliver as a preteen. His early manifestation of powers, including flight, positions him as a potential sidekick, adopting the codename Kid Omni-Man.

Oliver's presence introduces both an ally and a potential liability, adding another layer of complexity to Mark's role as Invincible.
