Where To Find Something Infested With Fleas in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

This guide details how to complete the "Ill Repute" side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, specifically focusing on obtaining a flea-infested item for Betty. This quest stems from "A Good Scrub," initiated by speaking with Betty at her bathhouse (southeast Kuttenberg) after inquiring about work with the Kuttenberg innkeeper.

Initiating the Quest Line:

Accept "A Good Scrub" from Betty. This involves escorting three girls to the bathhouse. Following this, you'll promote the bathhouse by shouting its virtues in various locations (grain market, horse market, vintners’ street, and merchants’ street) during the day. Finally, clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection to prevent its closure.

Securing the Flea-Infested Item:

After the successful inspection, speak with Betty about remaining issues. To help her outmaneuver a competing bathhouse and its councillor, you'll need a flea-infested item. This requires gathering information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida. While obtaining chamomile brew and fragrant oils are also part of this task, the flea-infested item is found at the east gate of Kuttenberg.

Search the beggar's camp near the east gate for a flea-infested blanket. Once found, return to the competing bathhouse and discreetly place the fleas in Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and the clean laundry basket for good measure). Note that completing this task is optional; success with other aspects of the quest will also advance the storyline.

Completing the Quest:

After completing at least one of the three tasks (fleas, chamomile brew, or fragrant oils), the councillor will leave the competing bathhouse, allowing you to finish "Ill Repute" and proceed to other quests.
