Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.3 introduces two new 5-star characters to the roster. First, meet Hyacine, the chief physician of Twilight Courtyard, who is driven by an idealistic vision to elevate ordinary people to the annals of history. On the battlefield, Hyacine serves as a support character, utilizing the Wind element on the Path of Remembrance. She is accompanied by her helper, Little Ica, who steps in to heal whenever a teammate suffers damage or sacrifices HP.

The second new character is Cipher, a veteran of the Flame-Chase Journey alongside Aglaea and Tribbie. As the inheritor of Trickery's divine authority, Cipher excels in misdirection. She's a Quantum character on the Path of Nihility, specializing in targeting the enemy with the highest Max HP and can swiftly switch targets.
