Helldivers 2 creator hints at possible collab with Warhammer 40,000

Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with the Killzone franchise, speculation is mounting regarding a potential collaboration with another popular universe: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop's willingness to participate, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani stated, "I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves." This statement fueled fan hopes for a future Warhammer 40,000 themed expansion.

Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully selected collaborations, exemplified by the Killzone 2 partnership. The developers emphasized that such crossovers will be infrequent, occurring only when they organically enhance the game's established world.

The current Killzone-themed community challenge, tied to Galactic War, offers players the chance to earn additional rewards based on overall team performance.
