Fans of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor were thrilled to see new figures included in this latest wave of Star Wars toys. Nightsister Merrin is now available as a new figure, while the game's protagonist, Cal Kestis, is featured in a dynamic three-pack set with Turgle and Skoova Stev. One highlight is Cal's multiple interchangeable heads, including a standout option with a handlebar mustache. "Honestly, we just wanted to have fun with it," Houle shared with IGN. "This is one of my favorite packs that we revealed in the panel. We started with the handlebar mustache and the mullet, then added the clean cut and the short beard later. The handlebar mustache became the primary look—it's just so much fun."

Including Merrin alongside Cal was a no-brainer, given her pivotal role in the Fallen Order/Survivor storyline. The challenge, as Reiff explained, was to accurately represent her unique Force abilities. "It's tough to have Cal without Merrin," he said. "So we're glad we finally got to Merrin, but doing that Force effect, the green blast, all the great detail of that new costume and the face tattoos with the inkjet—it's all about capturing the subtle beauty. She's a beloved character, and fans are deeply invested in expanding that world."

This year's lineup also brings back fan favorites Han Solo and Chewbacca, but with significant updates. Despite numerous past releases, Houle insists there's still room for improvement. "We haven't done them in a long time," she noted. "They needed an update, so we gave them fully new tools with the latest articulation. Fans can now celebrate these classic characters with the newest technology. We've learned a lot from our Wookiee figures, especially with their long hair, using softer plastics to allow seamless head movement. For Han, we added articulation to the top of the boot to maintain the integrity of the red bars on his thigh."

The most visually striking figure in the lineup is The Ronin from the Star Wars: Visions anime series. This black-and-white figure, with its red katana lightsaber, is exclusive to the Celebration. Both Houle and Reiff emphasized the importance of getting the details right. "I love that we kept to it," Houle said. "We drew inspiration from Japanese culture, ensuring the packaging looked premium with magnets to open it, watercoloring, and hidden accessories. Everything from packaging to design and engineering received meticulous attention." Reiff added, "We even used Japanese language for this exclusive packaging, which we don't typically do. Being in Japan, we wanted to fully embrace the culture and create a special, Japanese-only package."

Hasbro also unveiled a new addition to their 1:1 scale Black Series helmet line: a meticulously detailed Death Trooper helmet. "It's a great, fully new tooled helmet for the Black Series Premium roleplay line," Reiff explained. "It looks like it's straight out of the movie with its weathering and lighting details. You can control the chin lights and the spectre sensor lights with a button on the side. We worked closely with Lucasfilm to use original files and added our own detailed interior, which the real helmets never had."
