Fast and Furious Movies in Chronological Order
1. The Fast and the Furious (2001)
The franchise kicks off with the original 2001 film, The Fast and the Furious. This action-packed thriller follows undercover cop Brian O'Conner (Paul Walker) as he infiltrates a group of street racers led by Dom Toretto (Vin Diesel). Brian becomes entangled in illegal racing, forms a bond with Dom, and starts a relationship with Dom's sister, Mia Toretto (Jordan Brewster). Ultimately, Brian's loyalty shifts from his police duties to his new friendships. The film also introduces Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Dom's love interest.

2. The Turbo Charged Prelude for 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)
This six-minute short film, The Turbo Charged Prelude for 2 Fast 2 Furious, bridges the gap between the first and second movies, showing Brian O'Conner on the run from the law, making his way from LA to Miami. It features no dialogue and focuses on a series of races. While not essential, it adds a bit of context to Brian's journey.

3. 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003)
2 Fast 2 Furious is the only movie in the series without Dom Toretto. It introduces Roman Pearce (Tyrese Gibson) and Tej Parker (Chris "Ludacris" Bridges). Brian O'Conner and Roman go undercover to take down a drug lord, aiming to clear their criminal records. The film also introduces Eva Mendes as Monica Fuentes, Brian's new love interest who reappears briefly in Fast Five.
