Author : Logan Update : Apr 06,2025

The new season of our favorite game has kicked off with a bang, introducing the iconic Fantastic Four characters to the roster! With a total of 33 heroes already available, it's thrilling to see the developers continue to expand the universe with this new quartet. Currently, Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman have joined the fray, with Thing and Human Torch set to follow, adding a tank and a duelist to the team, respectively. They'll also be part of the Team-Up Fantastic Four, enhancing gameplay dynamics.

Who Are the New Heroes?

Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic are the first to grace the battlefield. Their unique abilities not only add depth to the game but also bring fresh strategies to the table.

Invisible Woman

The addition of Invisible Woman is a boon for players who enjoy the support role. With relatively few support characters in the game, her inclusion diversifies gameplay significantly.

Her attacks are unique; they can pass through multiple characters, dealing damage to enemies while simultaneously healing allies. This makes her particularly effective in crowded battles, though her range is limited, so staying close to teammates is crucial.

Invisible Woman's ability to turn invisible is intriguing but challenging to utilize effectively. She must remain inactive for 6 seconds to become invisible, which is a long time in the heat of battle. However, once invisible, she can heal herself. A more practical way to go invisible is through a double jump, which serves as an excellent escape mechanism.

Using the right mouse button, she can deploy a shield in front of an ally, though it's fragile and best used to protect duelists. It also heals those around it, making it a versatile tool for team support.

Her ability to attract and repel opponents adds another layer of strategy. Repelling is useful for self-defense, while attracting can help allies close the gap on enemies.

Invisible Woman can also shoot a sphere that pulls enemies into a designated area and deals damage, perfect for controlling narrow passages and dealing with groups of foes.

Three consecutive melee attacks will push enemies away, though this is often impractical due to the time it takes, leaving her vulnerable. It's better to use her repelling ability or escape with a double jump.

Her ultimate ability creates a healing and invisibility zone for the team, though its stationary nature makes it vulnerable to area attacks from opponents.

Overall, Invisible Woman is a balanced character, offering tactical support without overshadowing existing heroes like Luna Snow and Mantis.

Mister Fantastic

Mister Fantastic brings a fun and unique playstyle to the game, thanks to his stretchy powers.

His attacks can reach enemies at medium range, and by aiming sideways during an attack, his fists can hit multiple targets.

Using abilities and attacks fills a meter, which, when full, transforms him into an inflated form, increasing his damage output and durability.

The "Shift" ability allows him to absorb damage for a few seconds before releasing it in a powerful shot.

Mister Fantastic can attract characters, gaining a shield in the process. Attracting an ally grants them a shield, while attracting an enemy deals damage, making it a versatile tool for battlefield control and survivability.

By pressing the right mouse button, he can stretch his arm to immobilize an opponent, then either pull them closer or grab another enemy to throw them into the air.

His ultimate ability involves a jump followed by an area attack that deals damage and slows enemies. If he hits at least one enemy, he can repeat the attack, though it's often less effective than similar abilities like Bucky's.

Mister Fantastic straddles the line between a duelist and a tank, offering strong but not top-tier performance.

The introduction of these new heroes has been met with positive feedback, showcasing the developers' commitment to creating unique and engaging characters. We eagerly await the arrival of Thing and Human Torch to complete the Fantastic Four lineup and see how they will further enhance the gameplay experience.
