What Are Essences in MySims?

Essences are collectible items in MySims, crucial for building and creating custom paints. Found through various activities, they range from in-world items (apples, flowers) to interaction-based acquisitions.

Three main Essence categories exist: Emotions, Living Things, and Objects. Each has a thematic link, ensuring you create builds aligning with your Sims' preferences and keeping them happy. Most act as physical objects or custom paint ingredients in Build Mode.
