How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
New monsters are frequently added to *E.R.P.O.*, so make sure to bookmark this page for the latest updates. Below, you'll find specific guides for each monster, along with general strategies and weapons you can use to fend them off:
Melee Combat: Utilize weapons like the Machete or Hammer, available for purchase in the shop between 10k and 20k cash. These will spawn in your next level, ready for you to pick up with M1 and swing at monsters. Be cautious, especially against ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Employ a hit-and-run tactic to minimize damage, and always carry healing packs for safety.
Grenades and Mines: Available in the shop, these can be devastating. To use a Grenade, pick it up with M1, uncork it with E, and either throw it or leave it to explode, dealing massive damage to weaker monsters and significantly impacting stronger ones. Mines work similarly but require placement and a monster to trigger them.
Monster Brawl: Cleverly use one monster against another. For instance, you can bait a Huntsman to shoot another monster by running behind it and making noise. Similarly, pulling Reapers into each other during their attack animations can cause them to damage each other.
Robe Guide (Ghost)
The Robe, a shadowy figure, is dangerous upon contact. To evade it, either crouch and hide or keep moving to kite it away. Direct confrontation is risky due to its high damage output, but you can take it down with two Grenades or Mines by luring it into your trap. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you if you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide
The Reaper, a doll-like creature with spinning sword arms, is less threatening than the Robe but still requires careful handling. It can be kited or avoided, and unlike the Robe, it doesn't teleport. Melee weapons are effective against it, requiring just a few hits or one grenade to defeat. Grenades and mines also stun it, making it easier to finish off.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)
These seemingly harmless ducks become aggressive if provoked. They're non-hostile until you grab or damage them, at which point they'll relentlessly pursue you. Their bites are weak, but their persistence is not. Outrunning them is your best strategy, though melee weapons or even a grenade can dispatch them quickly due to their low health.
Huntsman
The Huntsman, a blind marksman, can one-shot you with his gun. He relies on sound to locate you, so stay silent and crouch to avoid detection. Avoid melee combat as he has auto-aim. Instead, strategically place mines or throw grenades while crouched to stun him for 6 seconds, giving you a window to attack with melee weapons.
