Fox enthused, "So, we made a very small SPECIAL ROOM which takes advantage of using MOUSE CONTROLS ON TWO CONTROLLERS AT ONCE, only possible on the Nintendo Switch 2!!"

For those playing on non-Switch 2 devices, fear not—the SPECIAL ROOM will still be accessible, albeit with a different control scheme. Moreover, players can seamlessly transfer their save files from the Nintendo Switch demo of Deltarune 1 and 2 to this new version, ensuring a smooth transition to the latest chapters.

While Chapter 1 debuted in 2018 and Chapter 2 followed in 2021, both initially free, it was previously announced that Chapters 3-5 would require payment.
