Kojima Productions has officially announced the global release schedule for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, the highly anticipated sequel to Hideo Kojima’s groundbreaking open-world delivery adventure, once again starring Norman Reedus.

For most players, the game will become available at midnight local time on Thursday, June 26, 2025. However, fans who opted for the digital deluxe edition will enjoy exclusive early access starting two days earlier, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025—giving them a head start in reconnecting with BB, Bridges, and the mysterious world of the Strand.

While Kojima Productions hasn't released an official time zone map this time around, there's no need for complicated navigation. The unlock times are straightforward—midnight local time in your region.

IGN awarded *Death Stranding 2: On the Beach* a stellar 9/10, praising it as "a triumphant sequel that emphatically delivers on the promise of its original."

Meanwhile, Hideo Kojima continues to expand the Death Stranding universe beyond gaming.
