Krafton's mobile adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler, Dark and Darker, begins its soft launch in Canada next month. However, a global launch is planned for the first half of the year, offering players worldwide quick access to the game.

Dark and Darker uniquely blends extraction shooter and dungeon crawler elements. Players, solo or in parties, navigate a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to secure valuable loot. Characters encompass a range of fantasy archetypes, including fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.

Following the success of Ironmace's PC version, Krafton secured the mobile adaptation rights. With the global launch imminent, significant improvements are underway.

Enhancements on the Horizon

Planned updates include overhauls to the Darkswarm system and dungeon escape mechanics, focusing on improved party dynamics and structural changes. Class distinctions will be sharpened with enhanced basic attacks and combat mechanics. A broader selection of weapons and skills is also anticipated.
