Cross-platform gaming is increasingly popular, extending the lifespan of games by uniting players rather than fragmenting them. Xbox Game Pass, known for its diverse game library, offers several excellent crossplay titles, despite not heavily advertising this feature. While no major crossplay additions have been made to Game Pass recently (as of January 10, 2025), the service's library is constantly evolving. Interestingly, Genshin Impact is technically available via Game Pass, though it represents a unique case. Halo Infinite and The Master Chief Collection, while receiving some criticism for their crossplay implementation, still warrant consideration.

One standout example on Game Pass is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which offers crossplay support for both PvP multiplayer and PvE co-op modes.
