Crazy Games and Photon Kick Off 10-Day Global Web Multiplayer Jam 2025

CrazyGames is set to launch its Crazy Web Multiplayer Jam 2025 from April 25th to May 5th, inviting indie developers worldwide to participate in a thrilling 10-day game development marathon. Partnering with Photon, the leading multiplayer service provider, this event aims to foster innovation in web-based multiplayer gaming.

Participants in the Crazy Web Multiplayer Jam 2025 have the chance to compete for a substantial €10,000 in cash prizes, along with premium Photon licenses. The prize pool includes:

• 500 CCU with Circle Starter for a year (€7,500 value)
• 500 CCU for a year (€1,500 value)
• 100 CCU for a year (€100 value)

The only requirements for entry are that games must be developed and submitted during the jam period and must meet PEGI 12 rating standards. Beyond these guidelines, developers are encouraged to unleash their creativity and push the boundaries of web-based multiplayer gaming.

Since its inception in 2014, CrazyGames has grown to become the most popular free online gaming platform, leveraging technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, and WebGI to deliver seamless browser-based gaming experiences for thousands of titles. In collaboration with Photon, CrazyGames will offer support throughout the event and provide winners the opportunity to have their games published on the platform.

To kick off the event, a pre-jam livestream will be hosted on YouTube and LinkedIn on April 24th at 4 pm CEST. This session will provide insights into two new WebGL platforms, Fusion and Quantum.
