Grow up, stay out of trouble, and graduate high school. Then, hit the job market and hunt for "Mail Carrier." If it's not immediately available, keep aging up and checking back. It might take a few tries—it's a bit luck-based. Once you land the job, stick with it for at least 15 years (you can track your progress in the challenge details).

Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings

Tackle these two simultaneously. Go to Activities > Love > Hook Up and go wild! You won't know if your hookups are mothers upfront, but persistent hooking up over several years should get you there.
