Battlecruisers Marks 4th Anniversary with Trans Edition Update

Battlecruisers is marking its fourth anniversary with a monumental update, the 'Trans Edition,' brought to you by the developers at Mecha Weka. This update introduces an expansive range of new content, enhancing both single-player and multiplayer experiences.

What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?

The 'Trans Edition' brings three new cruisers to the battlefield: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith. Additionally, two new buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, along with two new units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available for players to explore and utilize.

Existing cruisers are not left behind, as they receive new customization options through three fresh bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler. Players can now select Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime in Skirmishes, while PvP matches have been enhanced with a new countdown start and aircraft trails that match player colors.

The update also includes extensive balancing changes. Notable buffs include the Raptor’s shield build and recharge rate increasing from 3x to 5x, and the Hammerhead’s health rising from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret’s damage has been boosted from 40 to 60, though its range has been reduced from 19 to 16.

Visually, Battlecruisers now boasts underwater transparency, allowing players to admire the wreckage of their defeated foes. The sea environment has been shaded, and the visual effects of cruiser and ship destructions have been significantly improved.

Played the Game Yet?

Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently released major updates annually. The 'Trans Edition' continues this tradition by adding more SideQuests and introducing a mysterious Battlefortress hidden in the South Pacific.

Set in a Flooded Earth in the year 2732, the game's world is populated solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. Players command their own Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to combat a formidable array of enemies.
