Application Description

MyNISSAN® puts the power of remote vehicle control right in your hands, accessible via your smartphone. The MyNISSAN app enhances your Nissan ownership experience, offering remote access, security features, personalization options, vehicle information, maintenance support, and convenient tools—all integrated seamlessly with your compatible Android phone or Wear OS device.

While available to all Nissan owners, the app is optimized for vehicles from 2014 onward. For the full MyNISSAN experience, including premium features, an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package is required on select 2018 and newer models. Features Available to All Nissan Owners:

  • Manage your Nissan account and preferences.
  • Schedule service appointments with your preferred dealer.
  • Receive notifications about vehicle recalls and service campaigns.
  • View your vehicle's service history and maintenance schedule.
  • Access Roadside Assistance.

Features Available with a Compatible Vehicle:

  • Remotely start and stop your vehicle, lock/unlock doors, and activate horn and lights.
  • Search for, save, and send points of interest to your vehicle's navigation system.
  • Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes).
  • Locate your parked vehicle.
  • Set customizable boundary, speed, and curfew alerts.

Additional Features for Vehicles with Google Built-in:

  • Remote climate control.
  • Remote engine start.
  • Notifications for unlocked doors, open windows, and more.
  • Connect with your repair shop for real-time updates.
  • Data-driven route planning.
  • Maintenance alerts.
  • Add up to four additional drivers to one Nissan ID account.

Important Note Regarding 3G Network Discontinuation: The NissanConnect Services telematics program was impacted by AT&T's 3G network shutdown on February 22, 2022. Vehicles with 3G-compatible telematics hardware are no longer able to connect to the 3G network and access NissanConnect Services features.
