VIDA, a digitally native brand, is building a sustainable mobility ecosystem. The My VIDA app is a key component, supporting the entire customer journey from vehicle ownership onward. It seamlessly connects to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, enabling remote control of various vehicle functions.

Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering/rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, custom driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. BLE functionality allows for remote locking/unlocking, ignition on/off, boot opening, and scooter location pinging.

The app also lets users schedule charging at nearby stations, plan commutes and navigation, request at-home, on-road, or service station service appointments, and customize their ride to suit the terrain or their mood.
