When you're ready to collect your order, simply complete the "check-in" request from your phone. This lets our team know to prepare your food hot 'n fresh just in time for your arrival. Once you're at the restaurant, show your order number at the pick-up counter or drive-thru window to collect your delicious meal.

For an even more convenient experience, try our Curbside collection service. Simply order online, park in a designated bay at the KFC restaurant, and our team will bring your order straight to your car. This service is available at over 50 restaurants nationwide.
