The Uttar Pradesh government has launched a groundbreaking initiative to enhance public health service management through the eKavach app. Developed and implemented by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, this Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application is designed to streamline the work of frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and DPG Certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach offers a robust solution for managing various health services.

The app encompasses a complete workflow and referral system for essential health programs including Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other critical health services. This integration ensures that health workers can efficiently manage and track the health of the community they serve.
